Terre d’Olivo

new project “Terre d’Olivo” coordinated by the CRPV, financed with the contribution of the PSR 2014-2020 – Focus Area 3A, which sees among the scientific partners in addition to the CRPV, UNIPR, CNR of Bologna, Iter and UCSC. The Project is aimed at developing operational supports for the enhancement and promotion of a highly sustainable olive-oil production chain, through the evaluation of the vocational nature of the “Olive lands”, the creation of a certification path of sustainability of the territory, the analysis of the commercial potential of territorial oils and the definition of appropriate positioning strategies on the market.
