“After graduating in 2020 with a Master’s degree in Italian Food and Wine at the University of Padua, Elisa decided to continue her academic career, collaborating as a scholarship holder with the University of Bologna and working on urban agriculture and sustainable indoor and outdoor production methods. 
Her academic career and extracurricular experiences have enabled her to understand the importance of raising awareness among consumers and communities about healthy and sustainable food choices, which are essential for improving the agri-food sector and ensuring the well-being of present and future generations. Hence her interest in consumer behaviour and digital communication, fields in which she has had the opportunity to gain experience thanks also to a collaboration with the Piace Cibo Sano association.”
